The Real Estate Investors Network Of Long Islands holiday party is Wednesday December 3, 2008. This will be our last event for 2008 and it will be a night to remember. This FREE event is hosted by LIHCC’s newest member, Ray Thomas Please note that we have a new location *The Rail Road Inn located at* *151 S. Franklin Ave* *in Valley Stream NY 11580* . Mapquest is very helpful should you need assistance with directions. This year we are having a toy drive in conjunction with our holiday party. The US Marine Corp Reserve has a Toys for Tots program that collects toys and distributes them to needy children in our local communities. The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas, to play an active role in the development of one of our nation's most valuable natural resources; our children, and to unite all members of local communities in a common cause in support of the toy collection and distribution campaign. *Join us and help our marines by donating a toy to this very special cause. It has been a long year full of changes in our industry. Despite these changes, Island Advantage* hosted a foreclosure showcase because there are still tremendous opportunities out there for those of you looking to purchase homes.
